* Why am I not getting your emails?
Sometimes our emails will go to your SPAM/JUNK folder. If they do, please put our email address on your "safe list". If you don't hear back from us in 24 hours, email us at sales@24hourmedstore.com.  Do not use hushmail service, it blocks sites likes ours.

* Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order policy

* How do you ship?
Our packages are shipped very discreet. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges). Shipments are made from various shipping points in different countries to ensure maximum discretion.

* How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.

Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

The cost of shipping is 20 USD (US Dollars) flat rate to anywhere around the world. We offer Free Shipping for order over USD 300. Estimated delivery time is 7 business days within EU (Europe) and 8-15 business days in other countries. We would also like to say that we also ship to P.O. boxes and also there is no need of signature upon delivery (Please advise with your order).

In an unlikely event of your order getting seized we will re-send it. You will only be required to pay $20 for shipping. If your order gets seized 2nd time in a row, we will re-send your order for 50% of order total and use Registered Mail. We may not re-send your order at a discount for the 3rd time.

ATTENTION: You may check with us before you place an order. There's no reship policy for Canada, Australia, Brazil, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, APO, FPO, and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies.

* Is a signature required for shipping?
Yes, but there may not need of signature upon delivery (Please advise with your order).  However we may not be able to offer guarantee delivery service if you ask no signature delivery.

If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
