YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR PURCHASE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR ORDER IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THEM.
24HOURMEDSTORE RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO ONLY PROCESS AND SHIP ORDERS IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A CONFIRMED AGREEMENT FROM THE PURCHASER. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ADHERE TO ALL THESE COMPANY REGULATIONS WHEN PLACING AND ORDER WITH US.
1. 24hourmedstore assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.
2. 24hourmedstore takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped :
at the full risk of the purchaser.
in agreement of holding 24hourmedstore reserved towards any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.
3. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:
a valid medical prescription was submitted to be sent with shipment
a confiscation notification and a proof of reclaim (forwarded to the Food and Drug Administration institute responsible for the confiscation) is provided to 24hourmedstore In this case, the purchaser is entitled to a reshipment of the full order at 50% of the original cost plus shipping and handling.
4. 24hourmedstore will fully guarantee delivery only if :
In an unlikely event of your order getting seized we will re-send it. You will only be required to pay $20 for shipping. If your order gets seized 2nd time in a row, we will re-send your order for 50% of order total and use Registered Mail. We may not re-send your order at a discount for the 3rd time.
**NOTE: You may check with us before you place an order. There's no reship policy for Canada, Australia, Brazil, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, APO, FPO, and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies.
5. 24hourmedstore takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by the Postal Service.
6. If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be miss delivered and/or returned to sender. 24hourmedstore takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this miss delivery or for losses occurring because shipments are un returnable due to discreet shipping.
7. Prices are subjected to change according to International currency rates and changes in cost prices without further notice.
8. Availability of products is subjected to change without further notice.
9. 24hourmedstore takes no responsibility for dispatched delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does 24hourmedstore take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.
10. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in re-saleable condition.
11. In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by 24hourmedstore, products will be reshipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.
12. Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable, excluding section (11).
13. Refunds are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable. An additional charge of 15% of the order total (with a minimum of 40 USD (US Dollars)) is applied to cover all administration charges.
14. Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.
15. In the event scheduled payment is used, customer agrees not to make disputes or claims on payment, for situations as described in sections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), or for any other reasons that would violate any term and condition in our Disclaimer. Any charge back, dispute or payment claim that is attempted in contradiction of this Disclaimer is considered fraudulent and gives reason for prosecution. Furthermore, You are giving up Your right to any type of solution and help from 24hourmedstore to Your order problem, and 24hourmedstore will refuse to deal with and give You any assistance in the delivery of Your order. In addition, any future orders with 24hourmedstore will be refused completely.
16. We will try to deliver your goods within 14 business days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, by the Postal Service and/or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods to you, unless caused by our negligence.
